On special weekends I like to have a treat, so this long weekend I thought why not??
Look at how gooey and yummy this turned out. The best part is you can get the dough done in the bread maker. While you are waiting put the cinnamon suger together, and relax.
Here is my roll after I rolled my dough and flossing it. What the heck is flossing you ask? You use a waxed dental floss to essentially cut the dough. It cuts easily and does not crush the dough. Giving you perfectly round cinnamon rolls! See the link above.
I really liked making these and they turned out pretty yummy. Here is the link to the recipe I used from Finer Things in life, found here, they were for Mom’s Cinnamon Rolls. I would have liked to try the Cinnabon ones but I did not have pudding.
I used a recipe for the frosting that is different as well
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 package 8oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of softened butter 1/2 stick
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together and frost while buns are still warm!
Here they are after cutting and getting ready for rising again.
This is where I stopped for the night!
You can put the rolls in the refrigerator for the night and then pull out to proof or rise in the morning. You will need extra time to let the dough warm up and rise! About 45min to 1hour.
The cook for about 20 minutes and come out so yummy!!
I hope you like it too!!

Your rolls look beautiful! (I made some more just this morning.)
Thanks so much!! They were a hit! Love you blog!!Laureen
